Easily and instantly create VSTRAT personas you can talk to, have other personas talk to, including the ones you made with the toolbar, and that can "see" and comment on your strategies.
Point it at a LinkedIn profile and click. That is it. The rest is fast and automatic.
Press the button above. The Chrome Web Store opens, and Add to Chrome installs it. That is the whole installation.
The store belongs to Chrome. The extension does not, so the name on the door is not the limit.
It works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi and Arc. They are all built on Chromium and all install it from that same store page. Edge asks once for permission to use another browser’s store; say yes and it installs normally.
It does not work in Safari or Firefox, and not for want of trying: each wants a different kind of extension, separately built, signed and listed in its own store. Neither exists yet. Safari is the harder of the two, because an extension there is not a download at all: it is bundled inside a whole Mac app, shipped through the App Store, and then switched on by hand in Safari › Settings › Extensions.
On a Mac, you do not have to give up Safari to use this. Chrome installs alongside it and the two run side by side, so Safari stays your everyday browser and you only open Chrome on the page you are twinning. Install Chrome, add the toolbar to it, and carry on.
Click the puzzle-piece icon at the top right of your browser, find Persona Toolbar, and click the pin beside it. The icon then stays on your toolbar instead of hiding in that menu.
Go to the profile of whoever you want as a persona and press the toolbar icon. The page will scroll itself for a few seconds while it reads, which is how you know it is working, then it builds the persona and shows each part as it is written.
When it finishes, Go to persona opens what it made.
You need to be signed in to VSTRAT in the same Chrome for the toolbar to work. If you are not, it will say so and take you to the sign-in page. Anyone who does not want a persona made of them can say so on their own profile, and the toolbar will refuse.
