Any individual or organization using VSTRAT.ai in a teaching, instructional, training, or consulting context—whether formal or informal—agrees to clearly and accurately refer to the platform by its proper name, VSTRAT.ai, at all times. Users may not refer to the platform generically (e.g., as “AI”), misattribute it to another party or institution, present it as their own work, or imply shared ownership or development.

Any such action will be treated as an unauthorized white-label deployment, a violation of the platform's copyright and branding protections, and a breach of these Terms. Such misrepresentation constitutes copyright infringement and brand dilution and may result in account termination, public correction, and legal liability including, where applicable under U.S. law, treble damages.

No individual or institution may claim licensing rights, ownership, co-creation, or brand affiliation with VSTRAT.ai without prior written permission from the CEO of VSTRAT.ai.

Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, without prior notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuation. Unless otherwise stated, accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
